We can manufacture composite tanks to replace the aluminum tanks for any airplane. (These tanks are exactly
the same size and geometry as the OEM tanks. The weight is almost identical. The Durability is much higher
than the OEM tank.)

Aluminum fuel tanks corrode and fatigue crack over time and become un-airworthy.
Composite fuel tanks do not corrode and are more resistant to fatigue cracking than aluminum tanks.

We stock many tanks. If we don’t stock the tank that you need, we can manufacture one for you in a short time.

’63-‘74 Fuel Tanks: 6 tanks $3500 each or $18,000 for a complete set
’75 – ’80 Fuel Tanks: 8 tanks $3500 each or $24,000 for a complete set

40 Gallon Tip Tanks: $8000 for a pair ($3500 for installation and paint)

16 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $20,000 installed
24 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $20,000 installed
40 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $30,000 installed

Pylon Mounted fuel tanks:
18 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks: $4000 each
25 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks: $5000 each
50 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks: $8000 each

Pylons for mounting the above tanks: $3500 each, $6000 for 2, $10,000 for 4

Installation of Pylon support brackets in the wings = “Hard Points”
$10,000 for 2 = installed
$15,000 for 4 = installed
